Working principle:
The aggregate is measured by the unloading door of the aggregate storehouse in the batching station, which is unloaded into the aggregate metering bucket, and then unloaded to the flat belt on the far turn, and a flat belt is sent to the inclined belt machine. The inclined belt conveyor is conveyed to the upper part of the mixer to wait for the instruction, while the cement and the fly ash are conveyed from the screw conveyor to the respective metering hopper. Line metering, water and admixture are measured by pumps and admixture pumps to their respective metering hops. After all kinds of materials are measured, the control system sends instructions to the mixer to stir in the mixer. After the mixing is completed, the discharging door of the mixer is opened and the concrete is unloaded into the agitator and then into the next working cycle.
