Even facing the material, there is little wear on this side. And the bottom grinding rod is easy to replace. And the hammer head of the hammer crusher is in a draping state, and the wear occurs on the top, front, back and side. Compared with the board hammer, the hammer head is more worn out, and the metal utilization ratio of the hammer head is only about 25%. And the rotor itself may also be worn out. The bottom sieve plate of hammer crusher is severely affected by abrasion, and the barrier should be replaced completely. The replacement of sieve plate is also more complicated.
(5) the spare parts of the impact crusher are easy to replace and the maintenance cost is reduced accordingly.
