It should be pointed out that the dust prevention of the mixing station is particularly important. The accumulation of dust brings great inconvenience to the maintenance and repair of the mixing plant, which reduces the performance of all equipment, shortens the service life, and damages the lubrication. Therefore,

it should be based on the principle of the structure. The above minimizes the amount of dust generated and is regularly cleaned and maintained.

1.  Main points of maintenance and service of mixer and batching system:
a.  Transmission system
The transmission gears, gearboxes, chains, etc. shall be filled with lubricating oil (fat) as required; the sound of the transmission part shall be normal, and the gearboxes and bearings shall not gener

ate heat and leak oil; Triangular belt elastic suitable (central can press 10-15mm), the middle of the transmission chain sinking no more than 20mm; The wire rope is not worn, the chuck and the connection are firm, and the surface has grease (graphite calcium base); The brake and clutch have good performance, and the brake pads must be replaced when worn to a certain extent.
b.  other lubricating parts
The shaft end seal of the mixer shall be refueled according to the regulations at the time of each host startup to ensure the long-term normal operation of the oil seal structure; Other refueling points such as rotating, rotating wheels and tracks need to be timed.
c.  Mixing system
Stirring tube runs smoothly, liners, blades, no loose phenomenon, if damaged and replaced in time; when the liner, blades, scraper, stirring arm and other wear to a certain extent or can not be adjusted, it must be replaced. Timely or periodic cleaning of concrete in the mixer, when the concrete on the inner wall of the mixer becomes thicker and thicker, not only the volume of the mixer must be reduced, but also the speed of sticking the concrete can be accelerated; the opening of the gravel will be due to the material Bonding causes barriers to the bucket door of the feed port to become obstructed, and the feeding port of the cement will become smaller and smaller due to the binding of water and gas, resulting in difficulty in feeding, so regular cleaning is required. The feed line of admixtures may slow down or cause clogging due to precipitation and solidification and must be regularly cleaned.
d.  installation fastening and cleaning
The main body and bracket, loading bracket and other facilities must be firmly installed and connected. The fasteners should be complete, complete and firm; the air frame, the site and the operating room should be clean and free from clutter; no water should accumulate around the foundation. Water in the waterways during the freezing season; vibration components and fastenings to the connected parts.

2. Maintenance and maintenance of gas lines:
a. Maintenance of air compressor

The oil level in the crankshaft oil tank of the air compressor should be above the minimum oil level marking line. The oil level and the quality of the lubricating oil should be inspected every half month or regularly, if necessary, it should be added or replaced. In summer, the compressor oil No. 19 is used. Use No. 13 compressor oil in winter. The air compressor should be placed in a flat, clean place and it should not be allowed to work in humid, dirty and dusty places. Every two shifts put the oil and water of the gas reservoir, check the sensitivity of the safety valve once every three months, clean the silencer once for 250 hours, and replace the lubricant for 500 hours. 
b. Gas passages and triplets

Ventilation pipe and connector should be kept smooth and firm to avoid friction with other prismatic objects during the folding and movement. Repair should be carried out immediately when leakage occurs. The gas in the triplet passes through the filter-reducing valve-oil mist filter. The filtrate in the filter must be drained in time. The lubricant in the oil mister should be added in time. When the oil is being added, it must be done under no pressure. Before the operation, clean the surrounding dust and other debris to avoid entering the lubricator. Lubricants with a viscosity of 2.5-7 degrees or industrial 40# oils can be used.
c. solenoid valve and cylinder
The installation of the solenoid valve should be firm, there should be protective equipment around to prevent foreign objects from damaging the shell and wiring. The exhaust port must be equipped with a muffler plug to prevent dust from entering the valve body and plugging the valve plug; when the solenoid valve and the cylinder are connected together When the solenoid valve is subjected to vibration during operation, the valve body and the fasteners on the cylinder must be shockproof. On the one hand, the cylinder needs to work outside the specified air pressure, and the installation position must be properly controlled. The tightened and connected screws should be periodically checked for looseness.
