Working principle of cone crusher

When the cone crusher is working, the motor rotates through the belt pulley or the coupling, the cone crusher drive shaft and the conical crusher cone part to make a pendulum movement around a fixed point under the urging of the eccentric sleeve. Thus, the crushing wall of the crushing cone is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the surface of the rolling grate wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is continuously subjected to impact, crushing and bending to achieve the crushing of the ore in the crushing chamber. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear, so that the crushing cone performs the pendulum motion. The cone is sometimes close and then away from the fixed cone to complete crushing and nesting. The connection between the supporting sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the spring. When the crusher falls into a non-crushable object such as a metal block, the spring will be compressed and deformed, and foreign matter will be discharged to achieve insurance against damage to the machine. Spring Cone crusher When the unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the conical crusher spring insurance system achieves insurance, and the discharge opening of the conical crusher increases. The foreign matter is discharged from the crushing chamber of the cone crusher. If the foreign matter is stuck in the ore, the clear chamber system can be used, so that the ore discharge can continue to increase, and the foreign matter can be discharged from the cone crusher crushing chamber. Under the action of the spring, the cone crusher is automatically reset and the cone crusher machine resumes normal work. The surface of the crushing chamber is covered with a wear-resistant high manganese steel liner. The size of the discharge port is adjusted hydraulically or manually.
